Which energy drinks are the worst for your health? What do eneregy drinks do in a negative way? How do they affect my health and body?
Many have caffeine in them. That will increase your heart rate. Could be bad for you depending… They don’t really give you energy. Food gives you energy in the form of calories.

ok so today i had a rockstar energy drink in the morning and one in the afternoon and i was in my 5th period class like at 1pm and all of a sudden i could not STOP twitching and it was like i was roilling and it was making me shake and i was not feeling good right now i still have not stopped twiching and shaking??! whats wrong?? :// HELP! please!

is it true that there is more alchohol in red bull than in beer?? cuz i love red bull,and my mom recently red that on the enternet,and now she wont let me drink them anymore. is that true?? and if so,how u know??

Red Bull is a non-alcoholic energy drink. Dude, it’s only got the same amount of caffeine as in a small soda. People think it’s choc-load of sugar, but technically it’s the only sugars that are already in your body, so it’s easier to break down. And if you don’t need what you drink, you’ll just pee it out.
